   gps as global positioning system is related to satellite tracking…
   gprs is a connection type (especially for mobile phones).
   I connect to Internet on my phone using gprs… it is better than wap

   GPS is the global positioning system. GPRS is general (or GSM) packet radio service, which is a method by which data traffic is sent on GSM phones. Neither has anything to do with the other so there is no comparison.
